A Grand Success: Interactive Session on Career Pathways in Japan held at PCPS Girls’ Polytechnic on 15/07/2026
On behalf of PCPS Girls Polytechnic I am  Mrs Jyotsna Das ,principal (i/c) PCPS Girls Polytechnic, thrilled to share that PCPS Girls’ Polytechnic successfully hosted an impactful interactive session on “Job Opportunities and Career Pathways in Japan,” aimed at empowering diploma and degree engineers across Assam.
The event featured a stellar lineup of global and industry experts:
 Prof. Hemanta Hazarika from Kyushu University, Japan, who shared invaluable academic and professional insights.
 Mr. Keiji Kikuchi (Representative Director & President, Technosmile India) and Mr. Eiji Kajiwara (Director, Technosmile India), who provided a direct perspective on industrial opportunities and corporate expectations in Japan.
The program truly became a grand collaborative success owing to the active participation of our neighboring technical institutions. We were honored to welcome Training & placement Officer of Director of Technical Education, Assam Mr Ankush Buragohain, the Principal and faculty of Assam Engineering Institute (AEI), Chandmari; the Principal of Assam Textile Institute (ATI), Ambari; and the enthusiastic faculty and student contingents from both Kamrup Polytechnic and Morigaon Polytechnic.
Together with the dedicated faculty, students, and proud alumni of PCPS Girls’ Polytechnic, the session sparked incredible engagement, opening new global horizons for the engineering youth of Assam.
